Delivery times

Below are the average delivery times for all orders placed with Maureen Cork.

Orders placed on business days are usually processed within a few business days.

Once dispatched, your order is delivered on average within 8 to 12 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Where our products come from

We work directly with our manufacturing partners rather than through wholesalers. This keeps our prices honest, but it also means delivery takes longer than for items held in a local warehouse. We would rather tell you this up front than surprise you after you order.

Delivery costs

We offer free delivery on all orders across Ireland, with tracking and no minimum order value.

Deliveries within Ireland are carried by An Post.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. During sale periods and busy seasons, processing can take a little longer than usual.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer alter it, but you can still use your return rights.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent, but the cost of resending is payable by the customer.

Payment

All payments are processed in a secure environment with SSL encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Full details, together with our 30-day return policy, are set out in our Refund Policy.
